“Weapons” blasted to No.1 on Friday as its opener pulled in $18.2 million, according to The Numbers. The flick, which The Post praised as “the best horror movie of the summer” could be enjoying an over $30 million opening weekend.
With $60 million domestically and another $40 million from overseas markets, Weapons has grossed exactly $100 million worldwide. It's the third horror hit in a row this year for distributor Warner Bros.
