The Kremlin is responding after President Donald Trump called on Russia to make a deal with Ukraine to end the conflict there. CNN’s Matthew Chance reports.

Asked if a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine is on the horizon, President Trump told members of the World Economic Forum, “you’re going to have to ask Russia.” Trump also stated the war would not have started had he been in office.
