Birmingham City Council have provided an update on the redesign of its youth services in the aftermath of the fatal stabbing of schoolboy Leo Ross. Leo, 12, was found with serious injuries near Scribers Lane during the afternoon of Tuesday, January 21. He later died in hospital from his injuries, police said.
