A Texas man has been indicted for criminally negligent homicide in the 2023 boating death of his 11-year-old daughter.

Forty-three-year-old Kenneth Ray Cook, of MacArthur, was jailed on allegations that he had a nonconsensual and incestuous relationship with his daughter, which resulted in the birth of three children.
