Florida Gators accomplish something in the NBA Draft they shockingly haven't done since their last National Championship originally appeared on A to Z Sports. The Florida Gators won the National Championship in impressive fashion this past April when they beat the Houston Cougars 65-63.

CBS Sports' final 2025 NBA mock draft has Florida's Walter Clayton Jr taken int he first round and Alijah Martin selected in the second round.

To no surprise, Walter Clayton Jr. landed inside the first round. In this mock, he was selected 23rd overall by the New Orleans Pelicans. Joining Clayton Jr. as the other Gator in this mock draft is Alijah Martin, who was projected to go to the Phoenix Suns in the second round with the 52nd overall pick.
