Budget airline Vietjet and aircraft manufacturer Airbus have announced a major new order for 100 A321neo aircraft, with the potential to add another 50 in the future.

The agreement was formalized at the Paris Air Show by Vietjet's CEO Dinh Viet Phuong and Benoît de Saint-Exupéry, the Executive Vice President of Sales for Airbus's Commercial Aircraft division.
