The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration expects several states in the northern U.S. to have an opportunity to see the northern lights Tuesday night as geomagnetic storms will likely disrupt Earth’s magnetic field.

Northern Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine are in the forecasted view line to potentially see the northern lights for both tonight and tomorrow as of 9 a.m. on June 24. Northern New England might catch a glimpse of the northern lights on June 24 and June 25, according to the NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center forecast.
