In Twisted Tale, after a grueling police interrogation, Knox is seen signing a statement in which she confesses that she was in the house with her boss, Patrick Lumumba, when her roommate was killed. She wakes up at the station a few hours later and tries to recant her statement, but is told that it’s too late.
