The Feb. 23 blaze destroyed an estimated $20,000 worth of the team's belongings and left the bus in charred remains

The bus driving IU Indy men's basketball players and its staff back to Indianapolis on Sunday caught fire and burned down on the side of the interstate in Kent, Indiana, the school said Sunday evening. The team was returning from a road game at Northern Kentucky.

The bus carrying the Indiana University Indianapolis men's basketball team burst into flames on the highway as it returned from a game in northern Kentucky. No one was injured.
