At 60 meters high, Skogafoss is one of Iceland's most iconic and easily accessible waterfalls for solo travelers like me.
It's best to combine a trip to see Barnafoss with a visit to nearby Hraunfossar. Southeast Iceland's Svartifoss, or Black Falls, sits in the Skaftafell nature reserve in Vatnajökull National Park.
