Board member Whitney Lanning was charged with a misdemeanor count of second-degree harassment following a Feb. 26 interaction at Troester Media Center with another elected official, Isaura Garcia.

By Marcus Clem More fallout has arrived from a Feb. 26 St. Joseph Board of Education incident with a new lawsuit filed by Isaura Garcia against fellow board member Whitney Lanning.

As seen on video, following Gehring were his colleagues Isaura Garcia, David Foster and then Lanning. There is no audio on the tape, which was captured by St. Joseph School District ceiling cameras.
