Now, a new report from The Boston Globe’s Gary Washburn reveals that Celtics star Jayson Tatum has personally stepped in to recruit Lillard to Boston. Washburn reported that Tatum is “taking part in recruiting efforts” to convince the 34-year-old guard to join the 18-time NBA Champions once he’s healthy enough to return.

According to a recent report from Gary Washburn of The Boston Globe, Jayson Tatum is recruiting Damian Lillard to join the Celtics. With both players coming off Achilles tears in the playoffs, it could be a perfect fit for Lillard as there would be no pressure for him to rush back.
