Rep. Victoria Spartz (R-IN) said Mike Johnson (R-LA) has yet to earn her vote for House speaker because he is “not able to govern.” A possible defection from Spartz comes as the Republican Party has a scant one-vote majority in the House.

The House of Representatives will vote soon for a speaker of the House to lead the chamber for the next two years under the Trump administration.
