Investigators say six people aboard a private plane died when it crashed in a San Diego neighborhood in heavy fog.

San Diego officials said at least two people are dead after the plane crashed in a neighborhood, causing multiple residences and cars to catch fire.

Olesya Taylor and her daughter Olivia, 12, both died in the January crash over Reagan National Airport. Anne Valerie Ter, 14, poured her grief into preparations for a piano concerto competition the following month.
