The "No Kings day of action" is scheduled to take place nationwide Saturday, June 14, with more than 70 planned in Florida.

The "No Kings" movement is planning nationwide protests on June 14th, coinciding with Flag Day, President Trump's birthday, and a military parade in Washington, D.C.

About 200 people at Hill Wheatley Plaza are expected to participate in Saturday's national day of protest, joining millions of others in what's been billed as the largest single-day demonstration since President Donald Trump's inauguration in January.

Hundreds of protesters are expected at rallies in the Kansas City region, including several in Johnson County, as part of a nationwide day of action against the Trump administration's policies.

A performance rally will be in downtown St. Cloud this Saturday. It will be at Courthouse Square advocating for voting rights on Trump's birthday.

As of June 6, seven No Kings protests are planned in the metro-east and greater St. Louis area. No Kings organizers wrote in a June 6 email to the News-Democrat that while more than 1,500 protests are currently planned, the organizers expect more than 1,600 to be slated nationwide by the weekend of June 7 and 8.
