Kentucky has seen significant levels of rainwater, causing severe flooding across the commonwealth. Flooding has already impacted some areas of Louisville, and the Ohio River is expected to crest at around 36 feet at the upper portion of the McAlpine Locks and Dam near the Falls of the Ohio by mid-week,
