Eagles offensive lineman Jordan Mailata jokes he hopes NFL bans the tush push play because "it's a stupid name." Team owners are expected to vote on proposal on Wednesday.

All-Pro tackle Jordan Mailata was asked about the NFL potentially banning the Tush Push and said he's fine with it. During media availability on Tuesday, he brushed off the league getting rid of the play and even said he was in favor of it for a hilarious reason.

With the formal push to ban the Philadelphia Eagles ' Tush Push changing its language, it sure looks like there's a distinct possibility the reigning Super Bowl champions might no longer be able to run their favorite play by the start of the 2025 season.
