Nearly four decades ago, a 300-pound bust of psychedelic rock legend Jim Morrison of The Doors was stolen from his grave in Paris. On Monday, French police said the bust — covered in fan graffiti — was found during an unrelated investigation.

Police have found a bust of Jim Morrison that was stolen nearly four decades ago from the Paris grave that has long been a place of pilgrimage for fans of the legendary Doors singer and poet.

The Paris Prefecture Anti-fraud Unit posted a photo of the graffiti covered sculpture, saying it had found it amid an unrelated investigation.
