Iowa State basketball's 29-game winning streak at Hilton Coliseum came to an end on Saturday afternoon at the hands of Kansas State.

After a rocky week and a half of games, No. 16 Kansas Basketball picked up a big win over No. 8 Iowa State at Allen Fieldhouse on Monday. Following the game, Jayhawks head coach Bill Self had high praise for his team and mapped out its remaining schedule.

No. 8-ranked Iowa State fell to 17th-ranked Kansas at Allen Fieldhouse, 69-52. It's never easy playing at the Jayhawks' home arena, and Iowa State shot a season-low 19-of-62 overall (30.6%) and 3-of-21 (14.3%) from deep.

The No. 16 Jayhawks dominated No. 8 Iowa State, 69-52, at Allen Fieldhouse on Monday night, snapping their recent skid and proving once again that they don’t stay down for long. Kansas is now 5-1 in games following a loss this season, a testament to Bill Self’s ability to rally his team when it matters most.
