WATERBURY, CT (WFSB) - A man who shot five people at the Brass Mill Center in Waterbury was arrested and faced a judge, police confirmed. They identified the suspect as 19-year-old Tajuan Washington. Washington was charged with five counts of assault and weapons violations. He was held on a $2 million bond.
