An evacuation order remains in place in Amador County as the crews have gained some control of the Tiger Fire near Pioneer. The fire is along the 28000 block of Tiger Creek Road. Crews had said the fire was burning at a moderate rate of spread.

The blaze sparked at 12:43 p.m. in Pioneer, Amador County, and was spreading at a moderate rate, Cal Fire said.
