The Tide and the Tigers snagged 17 spots on the 2025 Preseason All-SEC Teams For Alabama, wide receiver Ryan Williams and offensive lineman Kadyn Procter made the first team for offense, while nine others were selected for the second and third teams. The Tide is projected to finish third overall in the conference.
In the Preseason Media Poll, Texas received 96 votes to be the last team standing in Atlanta on Dec. 6. The Longhorns came just short of securing the conference title a year ago, losing to Georgia 22-19 in overtime.
