I shall have a look through my photos for an elevator icon. I am happy to send some photos if you wish, feel free to contact me. However for a quick answer if booking for the lower level there are 10-12 very wide steps from the lobby before you reach the theatre floor. From there it is slightly sloped downwards to the stage, but no steps. Also there are 16 steps on the outside of the building to reach the lobby area. Staff maybe able to offer assistance with the stairs as there are enough of them around. The show was great and worth seeing if your mum can make it.
