Avoid going on trails to Canyon falls the upper and lower falls, they are bit steep and not recommended for old people with heart and breathing issues. Artist point gives a good view of the lower falls from a distance. Mammoth Hot springs has a steep trail with lot of stairs. But drive up to the trerrace area to have a good view of the whole mammoth hot springs Terraces without much of strain.
