Hi, is there a difference between going to the island in the morning versus afternoon? We are mainly going for the puffins and are wondering if going 8:30-11:30 would be better than 10-1. THANKS

I would just verify that the puffins are there. Morning could be colder than the afternoon.

Its worth it! I usually make my own bookings not with the cruise ship, but in this case I did! Have a great time! What ship are you going on?

We looked at different ways to visit the island and found the cruise offered by the ship to be in line. In addition, when we were at the island the weather changed and it took us over 90 minutes to get back due to 12 to 15 foot seas. Our group was the last ones to board the ship. The ship had to wait because we were ship sponsored. Check your schedule if you take a tour not associated with the cruise to make sure you can make it back.
