I am confused. No Iceland travel agency in Manhattan. Want at least an 8-10 day trip with at least half the time spent in spas and the touring part not too vigorous [senior]. Your minibus tours look wonderful but I need to book a full service trip. Who do you recommend?

The companies I booked, Dive Iceland, Iceland Horizon and Troll were incredible. Are there any posts here about 8 day trip? There is also a company called "What's on" which has good information. where you can book tours. I weeded through tripadvisor to pick the tour groups I thought were the best.
We have two full day tours scheduled with Iceland Horizon at the end of July and have tried several times to re-confirm with them via email and through the contact page on their website with no luck. We would appreciate travelers letting us know whether they booked in advance and if you tried to confirm and whether they received a response. We are concerned that Iceland Horizon won't show up since they are not responding to our contacts trying to confirm. Please let us know if you had any problems as we are concerned about their reliability. Thank you.
